    The Alexander technique

    It is a simple and useful technique for a better self-understanding and acceptance, development of our talent and for making a creative change in our way of life.

    Movement - direction - rhythm - balance - coordination - vitality

    Airy movements and concentration without effort. The proper concentration leads to vitality and a flexible use of our body improves our stamina. Our breathing becomes freer, voice production becomes more natural and dancing gets looser.

    Perception - cognition - interpretation - discernment

    By recognizing our bad habits some new possibilities come up for us. This is a journey from the habitual to the unknown. By changing our perception of movement we can get to know ourselves and our connection with our environment better.

    Confidence - creativity - efficiency - successful lifestyle

    When we look into the mirror we can recognize and accept ourselves. We can cope with different situations with more confidence. Our answers given to problems become more accurate.
